Terms and Conditions of Sale JumpYard Portugal
JumpYard offers sports and leisure activities at our facilities in Portugal. These terms and conditions of sale apply when you, as a customer at www.jumpyard.pt, purchase products or pay for reservations for these activities.
The agreement is entered into between you and the relevant JumpYard website. If you have any questions or need to contact us about our products or services, we ask that you first contact the facility in question.

We reserve the right to make possible typing errors, product changes, price adjustments, deviations, and possible stock shortages. We reserve the right to adjust any incorrect prices before and after order processing. We strive to ensure that our photos and videos are as representative as possible and correspond to reality.
We cannot guarantee that all images and videos accurately reproduce the actual appearance of the products or services.
All prices on www.jumpyard.pt are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made using the payment options offered on the website. Please note that payment services are provided by independent payment service providers and require you to also accept the terms and conditions of the payment services.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details at the email address you provided. If the information is incorrect or if you do not receive a confirmation email (check your SPAM folder), please contact us with your booking code/reference.
If you purchased a gift card online, it will be delivered immediately by email to the email address you provided. If, for any reason, you do not receive this email, please contact the facility where you made the purchase, whose contact details can be found at www.jumpyard.pt.
For trampoline activities (JumpTime, JumpFamily etc.), we do not offer cancellations or refunds, but if something unexpected comes up, please contact us so we can reschedule your visit for a later date.
For parties (JumpParty), if you cancel more than 7 days in advance, you will be entitled to a refund.
