The 5 Safety Rules

Follow our instructions to minimize the risk of injury:

One person per trampoline

Land on the trampoline and never on the safety pads.

2

Always land on your back (in the foam or airbag)

3

Do not exceed your capabilities.

4

Don't run in the park

Our priority: Safety!

+ -

Safety is our top priority. All park employees are trained in safety and we have a systematic safety program in place.

The most important thing is that everyone follows our safety rules, as this allows us to prevent almost all accidents.

Our rules are, in summary:

  • Only one person per trampoline.
  • Avoid the side guards.
  • Always land on your back in the foam pit and air bag.
  • Do not exceed your abilities.
  • Do not run in the park.

Wherever children and young people play and practice sports, there will always be an associated risk. That is why we have clear safety rules that we inform all visitors about.

There are general rules and rules for specific activities in order to minimize the risk of serious injury or accidents.

JumpYard seeks:
Following standards, conducting inspections, keeping employees focused on the safety of all our customers by informing them about safety rules.

We follow standards
We follow an international ISO standard for how trampoline parks should be designed, operated, and maintained. When an activity does not meet our safety expectations, we replace it, even in cases where it complies with the standard.

We conduct inspections
Daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of all equipment in the park. Annual inspections are carried out by an external inspection company that ensures the equipment complies with the global ISO standard.

Our employees focus on safety
All our employees receive general safety training and specific training for each activity in each park.

We inform visitors about safety rules
Our park rules are one of our main safety tools. They are displayed in our parks and presented to each visitor before their visit.

An important, but not always easy, part of our employees’ job is to ensure that the rules are followed in practice.
