JumpYard General Terms and Conditions

Use of the facilities, namely the arena, implies acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this document.

The arena* can only be used by people aged 3 years or older.

*area in JumpYard Portugal where trampoline activities are available.

Children up to 12 years of age may only use the arena if accompanied and supervised by an adult who assumes full responsibility for them.

In some areas of the arena, only people taller than 125 cm are allowed to enter.

JumpYard Portugal will request identification whenever necessary.

Users of the arena cannot be ill or have medical conditions that advise against the use of JumpYard Portugal.
a) For safety reasons, pregnant women, people with casts, or those with other visible health or physical conditions cannot use the arena.
b) If in doubt, please consult your doctor.

In the arena, it is not permitted to wear necklaces, earrings, metal bracelets, or other jewelry, or clothing with metal fasteners.

JumpYard Portugal reserves the right to refuse admission and to request the removal from its premises of any person who endangers, in particular, their own safety or the safety of third parties, including JumpYard Portugal employees or collaborators, or who fails to comply with the rules of operation of the premises, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or behaves inappropriately or contrary to the law.

Tickets must be booked in advance and are subject to availability for the desired dates.

Tickets are the property of JumpYard Portugal.

The services may only be used in accordance with the terms of the reservation made, namely with regard to the identification and number of persons, and the person who made the reservation is responsible for ensuring compliance.

Tickets, reservations, and passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Tickets and reservations are only valid for the date indicated and are void if tampered with, as are passes.

If you purchase a ticket on behalf of another person or persons, both parties agree to and accept these terms and conditions.

The ticket, reservation, or pass only grants access to the arena, with the express exclusion of any other services or products, namely food, beverages, individual equipment for use in the arena, parties and events, and photography and video recording services, unless added and paid for separately.

It is not permitted to bring food or drinks onto the JumpYard Portugal premises.

Unpackaged food products, once chosen and delivered, are considered purchased, and exchanges or returns are not permitted.

Clothing, goods, and merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned, without prejudice to the Warranty Law.

Customers authorize the taking of photographs and the recording of images for videos, as well as their children and other minors in their care, for promotional and security purposes.

Access to the arena can only be granted after the user has been properly identified and JumpYard Portugal agents on site have expressly permitted it.

Use of the arena by pass holders is subject to availability and authorization by JumpYard Portugal agents at the time.

Users of the arena undertake to strictly comply with all signs and instructions given on site by JumpYard Portugal monitors and to cease their activity whenever instructed to do so.

The User shall always be liable for any damage caused to third parties, themselves, or the facilities as a result of their activities.

The use of JumpYard Portugal’s facilities and equipment is likely to cause damage to the health, physical integrity (namely serious injury and permanent disability) or life (may cause death) of those using them, despite JumpYard Portugal taking all measures to minimize these risks.

The customer and/or user is aware of the aforementioned risks and excludes any liability on the part of JumpYard Portugal, its employees, directors, and agents for damages arising from their activity at the respective facilities, assuming full responsibility for them and waiving any legal action that may be available to them under the law.

JumpYard Portugal may incur medical and emergency expenses for any user, who will be obliged to reimburse them.

JumpYard Portugal is not responsible for damage, theft, robbery, or loss of customers’ belongings or property within its facilities.

Animals are not permitted, except for service dogs.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

This establishment has a complaints and compliments book.

Each product and/or service has unique access conditions.

The use of non-slip socks is mandatory when accessing the arena, with the exception of wall trampolines/wall running (Performance Zone) and other activities designated by JumpYard Portugal.

Once the reservation time has been reached, it is not possible to make changes to it.

All reservations, ticket purchases, and passes require full payment at the time of purchase.

Family tickets, called Jump Family, are tickets for 2 adults + 2 children (<18 years old) OR 1 adult + 3 children (<18 years old); for all ages from 3 years old.

Access to the arena is permitted until the maximum capacity defined per hour is reached.

JumpYard Portugal has its own policy for online purchases, which can be found at www.jumpyard.pt.

The nullity, invalidity, or unenforceability of any of the above conditions and terms shall not invalidate the application of the remaining ones.
