JumpYard Portugal – Unipessoal Lda, a commercial company dedicated to gym, entertainment and recreational activities as well as the organization of birthday parties and events in general, owner of the JumpYard Portugal brand and hereinafter referred to as “JumpYard”, asks all customers to read this document carefully before purchasing their tickets, since their purchase is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions:

1. Use of the facilities, including the arena, implies acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this document.
2. The arena* may only be used by persons aged 3 or over.
3. Children up to the age of 12 may only use the arena if accompanied and supervised by an adult who takes full responsibility for them.
4. In some areas of the arena, only people over 125cm tall are allowed.
5. JumpYard Portugal will ask for identification whenever necessary.
6. Users of the arena must not be ill or have medical indications that advise against using JumpYard Portugal.
a) For safety reasons, pregnant women, people in plaster casts or with other visible health or physical problems may not use the arena.
b) If in doubt, please consult your doctor.
7. It is not permitted to wear wires, earrings, metal bracelets or other metal clothing in the arena.
8. JumpYard Portugal reserves the right to admit and ask anyone to leave its premises if they jeopardize their own safety or the safety of others, including JumpYard Portugal employees or collaborators, or if they disrespect the operating rules of the premises, are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or behave inappropriately or contrary to the law.
9. The purchase of tickets is subject to prior booking and availability for the desired dates.
10. Tickets are the property of JumpYard Portugal.
11. The services may only be used under the terms of the booking made, namely as regards identification and number of people, and the person who made the booking is responsible for ensuring such compliance.
12. Tickets, reservations and passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or returned.
13. Tickets and reservations are only valid for the date indicated and are void if tampered with, as are passes.
14. If you buy a ticket on behalf of another person or persons, you both agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
15. The ticket, reservation or pass only entitles you to access to the arena with the express exclusion of any other services or products, namely food, drinks, individual equipment for use of the arena, parties and events and photography and video recording services, unless added and paid for separately.
16. No food or drink may be brought into JumpYard Portugal’s facilities.
17. Unpackaged food products, once chosen and delivered, are considered purchased and no exchanges or returns are allowed.
18. Clothing, goods and merchandising products cannot be exchanged or returned, without prejudice to the Warranty Law
19. Customers authorize photographs and video footage to be taken of them and their children and other minors in their care for promotional and security purposes.
20. Access to the arena can only be granted after the user has been duly identified and the JumpYard Portugal agents on site have expressly allowed it.
21. Use of the arena by pass holders is subject to availability and authorization by JumpYard Portugal agents at the time.
22. The User of the arena undertakes to strictly comply with all the signs and instructions given on site by the JumpYard Portugal monitors and to cease their activity whenever they are ordered to do so.
23. The User is responsible at all times for any damage caused to third parties, themselves or the facilities as a result of their activity.
24. The use of JumpYard Portugal’s facilities and the equipment it provides is can cause damage to the health, physical integrity (including serious injuries and permanent disability) or life (may cause death) of those who use them, despite JumpYard Portugal taking all measures to minimize these risks.
25. The client and/or user is aware of the aforementioned risks and excludes any liability on the part of JumpYard Portugal, its employees, directors and agents for damages arising from their activity on the respective premises, assuming full responsibility for them, waiving any legal actions that may be available to them under the law.
26. JumpYard Portugal may incur in medical and rescue expenses for any user, who is obliged to reimburse them.
27. JumpYard Portugal is not responsible for damage, theft, loss of belongings or property of customers within its premises.
28. Animals are not allowed, except assistance dogs.
29. Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
30. This establishment has a complaints and compliments book.
31. Each product and/or service has unique access conditions.
32. It is compulsory to wear non-slip socks when accessing the arena, with the exceptions of the wall trampolines / wallrunning (Performance Zone) and other activities designated by JumpYard Portugal.
33. Once the booking time has been reached, it is not possible to change the booking.
34. All reservations, ticket purchases and passes require full payment at the time of purchase.
35. Family tickets, known as Jump Family, are tickets for 2 Adults + 2 Children (<18 years) OR 1 Adult + 3 Children (<18 years); for all ages from 3 years upwards.
36. Access to the arena is permitted until the maximum capacity set per hour has been reached.
37. JumpYard Portugal has its own policy for online purchases which can be consulted at www.jumpyard.pt.
38. The nullity, invalidity or unenforceability of any of the above conditions and terms does not invalidate the application of the others.
