Frequently Asked Questions
The minimum age for access to the park is 3 years old. There is no maximum age.
Children up to 12 years old can jump if there is an adult on site who is responsible for the child. If the adult does not pay the entrance fee, they must wait inside the premises.
Children over 12 years old can come alone and jump, but guardians are responsible for the child during the time they remain on our premises.
Some specific activities (available in some parks) such as SkyRider, High Ropes, or Clip ‘N Climb have specific height and weight requirements.
It is not mandatory, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your place, especially during weekends, school holidays, or if you are a group.
No, all reservations must be paid for at the time of booking via the website.
Debit or credit cards are accepted.
For individual reservations, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your reserved time.
For groups and birthday parties, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to facilitate check-in.
We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear, such as a T-shirt and sweatpants.
Shoes are not allowed in the jumping areas. Non-slip socks must be worn.
JumpYard socks cost €3 and are reusable. Non-slip socks from other brands are also accepted.
At Clip ‘N Climb, sports shoes are permitted.
It is not permitted to bring food or drinks from outside, except for birthday cakes if a party package has been booked.
Yes, we have changing rooms and free lockers. You will need to bring a padlock. If you don’t have one, you can buy one at reception.
Yes, we offer a discount of €2 per person for groups of 10 or more people. You must select the “Groups” option when making your reservation.
