To access the main activity area you must be at least 3 years old.

To access the miniJumpYard zone, you must be between 0-4 years old.

In some activities there may be specific height/weight/age limits!

It is not mandatory, but we recommend booking in advance to ensure you can jump whenever you want.

You can make a reservation online or by filling in one of the contact forms available in our website.

Due to the capacity limit per session, it is not possible to pay for a reservation at the venue.

Therefore, all reservations require payment in full at the time they are made!

It is possible to pay for reservations by Debit/Credit Card and MBway.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes (in case of individual reservations) and 30 minutes (for groups and birthday parties) before the booking time so that you can check-in.

We recommend sports clothes that don’t get damaged easily. It’s okay if you wear jeans, but we recommend tracksuit pants and long-sleeved sweaters. Non-Slip Socks are mandatory*.

Our socks cost €3 the first time you visit us, and can be used on future visits. 

*Except on the Clip N’ Climb SkyRider and Ninja Course area, where is possible to use sport shoes.

Due to our health and food safety policy, neither food nor external drinks are allowed.*

We have changing rooms (no shower) so you can change your clothes. To store your belongings, you have free open and closed lockers at your disposal.

To use the closed lockers you’ll need a padlock that we recommend you bring with you. We also have padlocks available for purchase at the reception (3€).

Yes. There’s a 2€ discount per person for a group of 10 or more people.

You can access this discount by choosing the Groups option in the booking process.
