WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?


JumpYard Portugal is responsible for processing the personal data of its customers and/or potential customers who fill in their details and submit the JumpYard Portugal Marketing Communications Consent Form.


JumpYard Portugal, through its Marketing Department, will also be responsible for processing the personal data of customers of the digital platforms indicated above and if they have consented to their communication under the terms of the JumpYard Portugal Individual Communication Consent Form.

Your personal data will be collected and used for Customer Support purposes; Marketing (communication of JumpYard Portugal information, services and products), under the strict terms selected by you in the JumpYard Portugal Individual Communication Consent Form and also for security analysis and employee training purposes.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA
