KidsZone is located at Rua Abade Mondego, 289. It’s at the back of JumpYard and the entrance is through the parking lot.

Our KidsZone is for children aged 0 to 12!

For children aged 0 to 2, there is a specific area calles Jump Baby.

If you have older children, we recommend a visit to JumpYard (minimum age: 3 years old).

KidsZone sessions last 2 hours so kids can play and explore to their heart’s content!

If you wish, you can also add more time (1 hour increments)*.

*This option is only available for purchase at the reception desk and depends on the capacity of the session!

Of course! We want you to have fun with your children and create unforgettable memories at KidsZone!

For each ticket (FunTime), we allow 1 adult to enter! If you want to add another adult, you can buy this extra ticket at the reception for €10.

While not compulsory, as our sessions have a limited capacity per hour, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a place.

Bookings can only be made online and it is not possible to pre-book and pay on site.

If you want to come without a reservation, you can buy your ticket at the reception.

Yes. For a group of 10 or more people there is a discount of 2€ per person.

You can access this discount by choosing the Groups option in the booking process.

We also have special offers for school groups and sports associations. You can check all the information here.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes (for individual bookings) and 30 minutes (for groups and birthday parties) before the booked time so that you can check in. 

Yes! We have a free parking lot for both cars and buses!

We recommend sportswear that doesn’t get damaged easily.

In the Kids Zone it is compulsory to wear socks (for both children and adults).

It is recommended that the socks are NOT non-slip.
It is not permitted to enter the activity area with shoes or without socks.

After all that fun, you need to recharge! In both the KidsZone and JumpYard, we have café areas with various food and drink options.

What’s more, we have a soundproofed lounge area so that adults can stay in and get away from the “hustle and bustle”.

Due to our health and food safety policy, neither food nor drinks are allowed in.

*Except Birthday Cakes for those booking a Birthday Party Package with this option.

Unfortunately, our park doesn’t have a changing room. Open lockers are available free of charge to store your belongings.
