All participants should arrive at the space about 30 minutes before the booked time.  Bracelets to the activity area will be handed out, and we will check for allergies and/or dietary restrictions.

A KidsZone monitor will accompany the group to an area where they can leave their shoes and clothes not needed for the activity.

All participants are directed to the activity zone and after indication of the monitor, participants start the 2 Hours of activity (the monitor will not accompany the participants during the activities, but there are several monitors in all zones, to give the necessary support).

After the activity, all participants will go to the party room area. A party room will be allocated for 30 minutes with catering included in the booking. A KidsZone monitor will be available for any support needed.

Allow at least 3 hours from entry to exit.

You can book a birthday party, on whatever day you’d like, within our opening hours!

The birthday party sessions always start 30 minutes past the hour  (e.g. 10H30, 11H30…)

Birthday Parties require a minimum of 6 participants.

All participants must be between 0 and 12 years old.

We do not allow food or drink into the KidsZone park, with the exception of birthday cakes.

You can bring your own birthday cake with its utensils (plates, napkins, cutlery…) free of charge.

If you need to provide utensils, a service charge of €9* will apply.

*only aplicable if the mini Pack is choosen.

Yes, it is possible! All Birthdays must be included in the total number of participants.

Adults may be in the birthday room for the 30 minutes they have access to the room.

For each child, 1 adult is allowed in the activity area.

You can always contact us to check this possibility.

We offer alternatives in case of food intolerances and/or allergies.

Yes, we allow you to bring your own decorations, however, you must ensure that they are set up and taken down during the 30 minutes you have access to the room!

Yes, you can bring your own gifts, however, they should only be handed in when you leave the space.

You must book online by clicking here or on one of the buttons that say “Book here” We recommend advance booking for all participants.

Each session has a limited capacity, so we are unable to guarantee additional places on the day itself.

It is possible to change the date and/or time of the reservation, provided it is informed before the check-in time.

A payment of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

Changes to your booking can be made on the day directly at reception.

You will only pay for confirmed participants (minimum 6 participants).

For changes of more than 5 participants, you must contact us in advance.

If you wish to cancel the party, you must contact us up to 7 days before the day of the party.

Each participant takes full responsibility for the activities carried out.
