The minimum age to access to the JumpYard is 3 years old

For children aged 0-12, we have our KidsZone park, which is right next to the JumpYard! You can see all the information here.

Some activities may have specific height/weight/age limits!

It is not mandatory, but we recommend booking in advance to ensure you can jump whenever you want.

You can make a reservation online or by filling in one of the contact forms available in our website.

Due to the capacity limit per session, it is not possible to pay for a reservation at the venue.

Therefore, all reservations require payment in full at the time they are made!

It is possible to pay for reservations by Debit/Credit Card and MBway.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes (in case of individual reservations) and 30 minutes (for groups and birthday parties) before the booking time so that you can check-in.

We recommend sportswear that doesn’t get damaged easily. It’s fine to wear jeans, but we recommend sweatpants and long-sleeved shirts. It is compulsory* to wear anti-slip socks so you don’t slip.

Our socks cost €3 the first time you visit us and can be used on future visits.

Any brand of socks can be used, as long as they are non-slip and in good condition.

*Except in the Clip N’ Climb, SkyRider and Ninja areas, where you can wear sports shoes.

Due to our health and food safety policy, neither food nor external drinks are allowed.*

*except Birthday Cakes for those who book a Birthday Party Package with this option.

Unfortunately, we don’t have changing rooms at our park in Matosinhos.

Open and closed lockers are available free of charge to store your belongings.

To use the closed lockers you need a padlock, which we recommend you bring. If you need one, we also have them for sale (€3).

Yes. There’s a 2€ discount per person for a group of 10 or more people.

You can access this discount by choosing the Groups option in the booking process.
